In April 1st, 2024, Dr. Itami became the Chief Scientist and the director of Molecule Creation Laboratory at RIKEN and accordingly the Itami Lab has moved to RIKEN. Our goal is to establish a laboratory that will pioneer new molecules and functions and generate young researchers who will shape the future of science in both basic and applied fields.
